RETURNS POLICY


Our straightforward returns policy allows you to shop with confidence. If for any reason, you
are not entirely happy with a purchase, it can be exchanged as follows:

  • Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 14 days

of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can also be

returned for an exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • Before sending back the product; please log your return by email to our customer

services support on hello@tmolyn.co.za or WhatsApp on +27 71 035 9174. Please send
the parcel back to Tmolyn Skincare 21 The Terrence, 1 Rocky Place Corlette Gardens,
Johannesburg, 2090. This will be at your cost.

  • Gift cards, archive (sale) items, samples and gifts with purchase, cannot be returned,

refunded or exchanged.

  • Opened or Used is defined as any variation from its original condition including opened

or outer seal is broken.

  • Customers exchanging goods can choose from our full selection including gift cards.

  • Exchanges for a product of lesser value will have the remainder refunded on to a gift

card.

  • Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to a previous return if it is not in its original

condition.

  • Please note that the original delivery charges are not refunded.

  • TMOLYN skincare will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the

original payment method, no later than 5 working days after we have received the
goods.

  • Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 3 to 5 working

days to credit your account.
